What a great stop we had here on Saturday January 6. We heard it has a new owner, and wow were we impressed. We found refreshingly good homemade food, friendly, nice local crafts on display, and a view of the big sky from our comfortable seating booth. We had a hand formed hamburger with their cook’s own recipe beer battered mushrooms, and the best onion rings my husband has ever eaten. Good coffee with refills and real half and half and yummy hot apple cider…It was such a perfectly pleasant experience after hiking the lovely Fort Rock trails…We will be back!

Only giving it two stars because they were dealing with all the people around for the eclipse. Came in around 11:15. Ordered drinks and coffees. Eventually got the coffee at nearly noon. I guess they were out of mugs. Sometime around noon we are told we couldn’t get anything we ordered since they switched to lunch. We kinda wanted lunch so we order all new stuff. Waited… Waited as long as we could. At 1pm just couldn’t wait anymore. Paid for drinks and left.

Had business in Christmas Valley again so I decided to see how this place has survived so long in the middle of nowhere; I've passed by many times but made an effort to pass by at lunchtime on this trip. The burger was excellent. I mean, really quality cow and the veggies were fresh and tasty. Fries were underwhelming; could've stayed in the fryer another minute. Will definitely stop in mext time I'mdown that way, though

Worst burger ever came out with dry tasteless burger a bun and a dab of mayonnaise nothing else. I asked for no onions when I ordered the waitress when she brought my meal threw it on the table and said no onions. Could definitely use some customer service skills at this place it seems how she only play skeet for probably 50 miles they may not care. The ketchup container on the table with so old the label was brown and really icky.

I used to love coming here to get the massive pub burger and enjoy a decent meal for a good price. The prices went way up as expected but they no longer have the fantastic pub burger.

Waitress was very kind and the atmosphere was wonderful. Happy we were able to stop in for Taco Tuesday. The Tacos were burrito size and came with two! So much food!
